It is kind of bewildering that you simply delete all posts criticizing the site and its conditions (and the criticism is totally justified).
Instead of simply deleting all these posts you could start answering some questions. It is getting more and more ridiculous. The site was down for about a month when you moved it from pokernewsstrategy to p-phenoms and new videos are not really published too often, plus forum posts just get deleted or are not being answered. This is fucked up...

they are obviously not giving us refunds. I have already offered to submit videos or HHs for review but everything has been ignored. i guess if nothing is done within the next week, no effort to produce new videos, no effort to answer questions, not refunding us after cheating our money, then we have to start posting in 2p2 and all other poker forums warning others about this site.

To be honest, personally I do not want any refunds. I want a TRAINING site, that is running and supplying me with good content (videos, FORUM DISCUSSION, live training, etc.).
I just have the feeling that they do not have nearly as many customers as they thought they would have and are therefore letting things slide. But the few active users (= we) are kind of the dumb ones.

u are obviously not getting that cos of blackfriday, but still they are not making any effort to provide alternative content unlike most of the other sites who have euro pros or start doing more HH/theory videos.

im sure they will make new videos for everyone soon. They have made some i just think the black friday has slowed things. But they will be back up and running again. I think they are just waiting till after the holidays.

I think a good idea for them to do is to go over old videos and have like maybe some of kanes videos and have scott palmer talk about what he would do in same situation. Or have nano and maybe mac daddy go over some hands or whatever from a old video to discuss how they would play it and what there thought processes would be. I like watching videos like that where they talk about it with another pro player and they go into a lot more detail not only about the hand but the situation and we get to see 2 sides of the situation. Thats an idea i think admin should consider if they can't make videos right now is to go over some old ones together. There is a ton of videos on this site to be honest made by some of the best poker mind in the world and i think going over it more thoroughly by another pro player would be a great idea. it christmas time so im sure everyones on vacation or spending time with family and going christmas shopping. I havne't seen many new videos around christmas time by any poker site that i been a part of.

I am a member here and im not complaining because i win. I let someone take over games who is not trained by this site. I was up 2 k from .60 cent. He lost about 1000 back to the site. I just recently came back on and i already built back up about 500 bucks to show him the difference. You guys have nano, urnotindanger, nascar, even tony g made some videos, umd, macdaddy, etc i can go on. these are the best players. These guys WIN at poker and teach very well. I am a winning player now and doing this for a living because of these guys. Even blue fire i w as a member for a while they teach to much stuff that your confused and dont know what to do. So one guy will teach one thing another teaches it another way and when your in the spot you dont know what to do. I watched a video by begalbye. I dont even play 9 max sngs but i have a open mind because i want to be all around a great player and learn everythign. I watched his videos went and playd his games 5 and 10 dollar 9 max sngs and won a few hundred dollars from what he taught. I been playing 6 max 9 max and heads up games and now im just showing my friend how to play heads up how to handle turns and rivers and hwo to play against different players based on what i been taught on here and im winning. I am a dynamic player i can at any game. and its fun for me because one day i can go play sngs or 6 max or play heads up just whatever i feel like will be fun to play that day. I play mtts almost cashed huge in 2 of them. So dont get discouraged if your losing or they haven't made any videos. So if you leave your throwing good poker knowledge and if your patient you will get great videos in the future all these guys are winning players. So if you wanna quit go ahead. I just checked poker saavy and lookign at ae jones video and ashsky and i look them up on ptr there losing players. Some of the stuff they taught sounded terrible i know are negative ev spots but they are playing it like its a great spot. So you guy do what you want but im a be patient and wait to see more videos.

my friend lost about 200 to this guy playing .10 .25 cent so i played that guy right now and crushed him for 2 buy ins and he left. The guy is a winning player and i used urnotindanger2 style from his video 3 betting the crap out of this guy cause he would not call a 3 bet. All my good hands i just called since he folded so much to 3 bets and then post flop i used more of a nascar type line where i didn't over play any hands and when i could rep the nuts and he couldn't i 3 barrelled him off i know a lot of pairs. This is just one example how i used the videos to help me beat a guy who had a nice win rate in heads up. Mac daddy does crazy lines one hand i decided to min bet the flop after i 3 bet with air because i noticed this play was fit or fold and he folded. i am using all these thigns they teach to crush opponents. THen i did it again later and he got mad and raised all in with ace high and i stack him off. In 6 max games i used nanos aggression. I started 4 betting a guy with 9 7 suited and 5,6 suited becuase he was 3 betting to much. If i never saw nanos vidoes i would of just folded never 4 bet. I was 4 bet jamming picking up dead money and if they call i have outs. I realized my game was to nitty and opened up my game from nanos videos. And im not a maniac player im more on the nitty side but now i have more aggression to my game and it makes me more feared of a player by opponents. goshmr would fold a lot on the flop or turn if raised. i do that now cause i realize im beat people just dont raise very often unless tehy have the nuts. And its saving me a lot of money. Before i call and see im beat. i am just being honest this is a good site. If it wasn't i would agree for you all to leave cause im the first to complain about bad poker teaching. but this site is the real deal.
